This Privacy Policy describes how Flowing Code LLC (“AppJars”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information about visitors, customers, and prospects of the AppJars website and licensed software (“you”).
1. Who is the controller of your personal information?
Flowing Code LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through https://appjars.com, the Customer Portal at https://portal.appjars.com, support communications, and the licensing transactions described in the Software License Agreement and the Subscription & Service Terms.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU, THE LICENSEE, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BY (A) COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF A LICENSE THROUGH ANY OF LICENSOR’S AUTHORIZED SALES CHANNELS OR (B) ACTIVATING A LICENSE KEY IN THE SOFTWARE, LICENSEE FURTHER AFFIRMS THAT IT HAS READ AND AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND LICENSOR MAY RELY ON SUCH PURCHASE OR ACTIVATION AS EVIDENCE OF SUCH ACCEPTANCE BY THE ENTITY TO WHICH THE LICENSE WAS ISSUED.
AppJars™ Subscription & Service Terms

These Subscription & Service Terms (the “Service Terms”) govern the commercial relationship between Flowing Code LLC (“AppJars”, “we”, “us”) and subscribers (the “Customer”, “you”) who purchase a subscription to AppJars software components through any of AppJars’ authorized sales channels.
The AppJars software is developed by Flowing Code S.A. (Argentina). Flowing Code LLC is the provider of the commercial service and your contracting party under these Terms.
